Howdy!
This isn't too bad, but there are some issues with technique that I will try to help you correct to make perfect vectors!
First off, you are using too many anchor points, leading to an inconsistent stroke, that is wavy and going from thin to thick. Use the least amount of anchor points possible to make it as consistent and un-wavy as possible! Keep in mind, to make your vector look amazing, even though the show always has inconsistent lines and such, correct them in your vector! When you are watching the show, the characters are animated, so mistakes in character design isn't noticed as much; but when you have a non animated vector, you can see all the little mistakes!
Second, you shouldn't round off the tips of her mane, as well as some spots around her body. Make the final anchor point the tip and use the ALT button to make the sharp point (If you are using Photoshop, not sure about other programs). Her mane has an outline that should be made exactly the way you would make the stroke of the body; every color fill being a different layer underneath the stroke, with slight overlap between the layers so no gaps appear. the layer that is structured above the prior layer will cover up what is under it.
Third, the eyes! Use the ellipse tool to make all parts of they eye! The best method I can give you is this, strait from the founder of the Vector-Club: [link]
These three points I have made are the usual signs of a new vector artist, and they are super easy to correct! I have faith that you will be great at making vectors in no time, or maybe in 10 seconds flat. #overusedmeme
Lemme know if you want any more tips! I would be glad to help, as well as my other friends and members at MLP Vector-Club... We would all be glad to help you get better at making vectors. I have a .PSD on my newest vectors if you want to download them and see how I place my anchor points. The link to download them is in the description!

Thanks for the positive feedback =Shho13, I really appreciate it
I create my vectors in Sketch, I don't use Photoshop anymore because each time that I've made one, it's always turns out blurry
The best vector that I've done in Sketch so far was my second Apple Bloom vector, [link] .
I do use the ellipse tool, but this vector was very hard to use the ellipse tool, especially since her eyes are slanted down
Here is the link to my best Photoshop vector: [link]
