I HATE glowy ENERGON CUBES.This said, first decent attempt at TFA. Man, it's not an easy style at all. (At least for me.)
If it turns out Rodimus is NOT maroon I'll be slightly peeved.
Rodimus is on his third cube, and that's why he's lost his 8| face (from the chara design sheet) in favour of a remarkably friendlier attitude. Touchy-feely much?
He's... gonna bang into the wall if he drinks more.
Background, I laugh at thee. I banish you. BEGONE.

And i agree with you, i've been trying to draw TFA style for 1 year and i only have one picture, thats a headshot of Jetfire, and if I wasn't so happy that it actually looks kind of like him, i'd say its crappy, so you do good job on this, so i fav+!

And you are not the only artist who has trouble with Animated style. Everyone was saying it was easy, but when I tried it? No. Just no. Gimme boxy G1 bots any day!

Well, it's the first time I try this style with an inkling of seriousness, and I clearly need to practice more. Not that I usually draw my G1 that boxy (all the contrary) but one thing is style and another is artistic licence, so to speak.

Not that I was making a conscious effort to hide it, but you win this round nonetheless.
I know man, the chins are the first and biggest obstacle for -anyone- to get into TFA. But in a couple of episodes rest assured you'll get used to it (too busy laughing or snickering alternatively).
