Pecherska Lavra (Ukr: Києво-Печерська лавра) - Kiev, UkrainePecherska Lavra is a very old and magnificent area in Kiev full of monasteries, catacombs and churches of various architectural styles. It's a very common visiting site for people on pilgrimages from all over the eastern european world (and not only) and has been inscribed in UNESCO's World Heritage Site list.
