This is going to be my entry for the "Create a Feeling" contest [link]

My aim is to depict the feelings of insecurity in front of the outbreak of a possible war or conflict and also the feeling of unity that the normal people share. In the Balkans, insecurity is a very serious feeling, mainly for those that live close to the borders. Religions, ethnic minorities and political influences from the big countries have caused all this during the years.

All the items on the photo work as symbols. In case someone cares about Balkan history/politics, he/she can easily understand the symbolism.

And I guess that is all... I realised this contest was on a bit late, so I did not have time to make a new piece

My main message: Unity and Peace for the Balkans! Our similarities are way more than the differences
