I drew a Fluttershy. Intentionally oversized wings and hair because I just kinda started doing it that way, and thought it looked pretty decent.Related content

Okay, heem, pretty much everthing has already been said, curse you Alorpax and Pirill, now I have nothing to say! Be careful about the front legs, that's the most important point. And if I can add something original, I'd say that the line of the ear isn't supposed to blend with the hair. But it's such a tiny detail...

Yeah, I didn't intend to have those lines merge like that, but I forgot to fix it before I merged all the layers. >.<

Going back to lineart I see. The things I'm going to comment is:
Hooves: All four on them. The front hooves should be just as thick as the hind legs, which they aren't here. The way you curve them makes her look like she's leaning forward, ask Pirill how to fix that, because he's a magician. Finally, the hind legs, I think the thingy whatever-you-call-it goes in too deep, and it should be more curved like an upside-down L when the hoof starts.
Mane: I'd say that the part of her mane that's the longest right now, should be shorter and less wide.
Eyes: This is the most important part of Fluttershy, to make her Fluttershy. Fluttershy's eyes are pretty unique and makes her look like her, you should go look at a reference because I'm not sure how to explain them, sorry.
Choice of color: I think her coats color is pretty much perfect, but her mane seems soooo bright, same with her cutiemark.
Wings: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, COOOOOOOOOOOL!

With the colors, I didn't actually use a reference, I just winged it (I really should probably start using more references). For the legs, I didn't actually notice when I was doing it that I hadn't curved them as much as I should've, probably because it was late and I was getting tired.
