I don't disagree with Alorpax, but it's not as bad as he makes is sound.
Differing proportions are fun to experiment with, and these still look credible. He's heavily built, it could be some soldier or I dunno, construction worker or something that requires heavy labor.

His body is too big, and his head is way too small. His eyes are also a bit too big. Try to move the base of the hair a bit more up, sot it looks more like it's in the middle of his head. The tail is positioned a bit low.
