Tomorrow night/morning there's a full moon. More specifically 10:43 UTC.If you use Pacific Standard Time that's 3:43 am.
The moon won't turn blue, it just means it's very rare to see two full moons in one month.

Believe it or not, in some places in the world, the moon can actually look Blue on the 2nd full moon of the month.
As for me in Florida, it happens mainly because of the reflection of the beach's water reflects back at the moon.
