This was an anonymous request from my Tumblr that I was really interested in doing ^_^ Although I'm a big supporter of Flutterdash, its always fun to try out new ideas ^^ and Discord is always fun to draw, and try and figure out poses for that still read well ^_^ΒI hope you're all having the most wonderful weekend <3

Very cute pic! The composition's a lil' compressed feeling with the way all the lines of their tails and such knot and intertwine but it helps further the closeness of the two here. Love their expressions, too!

Oh, thank you very much ^_^ I would say this particular piece took about...4 or 5 hours from sketching to cleaning to coloring and then the final touches ^_^Β

Actually I think the most challenging part was arranging both of his arms, and both of his wings in a way that still held a nice, readable silhouette against each other and his body ^_^Β

Aw, every artist has bad art days ^_^ Days where every doodle just doesn't want to happen ^^ But I just try not to force it, and wait for something to come to me and just work it out in photoshop or flash or what have you ^_^ There are good days and not so good days, but the trick is to just go with the flow, and wait for that great idea to come to you and not to stress too much about the drawings that might not be working at the moment ^_^Β
