I feel like the title is a reference to a song lyric that I'm not familiar with, but either way, I still feel like it fits with the idea of this illustration perfectly. I said in my review of "Marble Pie" that she was pressured into dressing like a rockstar, and she felt shy about being judged. Well, in this drawing, it's as if Coco is doing the same thing to try and fit in, but she is even more humiliated about her appearance. Imagine that you entered her bedroom, and as you walk further in, you find her kneeling in the corner, preparing her outfit. She then notices you, however, and fearing that she'll be ridiculed for the way she wants to present herself, she questions if what she intends to wear makes her bad or unworthy. Ultimately, this anxiety makes her even cuter! Coco is so embarrassed by her style of choice, that she asks if expressing yourself is a sin of some sort, and it's just so adorable! I love it! Now as usual, the style is very impressive, but there's just something about the background that I especially adore. The numerous layers of grey kind of create this uncomfortable mood, and that's fitting, seeing how discomfort is exactly what Coco feels in this illustration. I honestly have no big criticisms for this one. It's a pretty decent piece with an interesting interpretation of Coco's character, and the mood is also set up nicely. Overall, I consider this to be a very profound piece. Keep up the good work as always, FlutterThrash!
