First of all, I'd just like to say that I love The Wall. Not only is this art very evocative on it's own, even if one views it away from it's musical context, but when combined with the album's themes it is perfect.
Vision: Visually, this is a very powerful piece of art. We can see the direct schism between the two (I.e Pinkie outside and inside The Wall), with the Wall being a dark place where the inner turmoil of Pinkie is represented by the dark weather (definite bonus points for that!), and the space outside of The Wall being very bright and cheerful. Personally, I think it conjures feelings of the song Hey You ("With your ear against the wall, waiting for someone to call out...") more than Is There Anybody Out There, but that is a personal opinion. It is clear that this is stunning visually.
Originality - I would have to say that this is very original. Obviously, we can see that it is influenced by a song, so it could be argued that it is less original than an original concept, but the artwork its self more than makes up for that. Instead of focusing on one of Pinkie's personalities, it chooses to show both without being too ham-fisted in it's approach. It handles these alter-egos sublimely whilst still invoking a certain degree of 'darkness'. I would say that it is very original.
Technique - not being an artist, I can only say from a observer's point of view. It is brilliant in this respect, very well drawn and the ominous shadows behind the wall are very well done. MLP anatomy is closely followed; so well done!
Impact - Impact is arguably the hardest one to get right, but you have got it to a T. It simultaneously conjures feelings of darkness and light, and serves to be very ominous.
Overall this is a 9/10 piece of artwork; absolutely stunning.

The piece fits the song perfectly, but on it's own, it's not perfect. There are some portions that could be improved, but it is a pretty good piece overall.
The rough style works ok for Pinkie (left), but it's Pinkamena (right) that really shines with this style. The frazzled mane, the shadows over her body, the dark, tired eyes; instead of being portrayed as a madmare, you turned her into a poor soul hidden behind closed doors, an idea I wish was represented more. As for Pinkie(left), while she certainly looks fine, the style doesn't quite fit her. the shadows are a bit too dark in some places, such as directly beneath her chin and to the right of her ear. Also of note are both of their cutie marks; they look a bit simplistic, almost as though they were put in after the piece was nearly finished.
While knowing the song does add a great deal to the weight of the piece, this could have been done without ponies being involved whatsoever, and the effect would have been the same. It's still a great piece, though; it looks like you put a great deal of effort into it!

Great picture! I really like the sketchy look the pencils have. I also like the oil coloring that you used for the picture particularly in the clouds on the left. Everything is real nicely drawn and balanced. One thing that sorta sticks out though is the Pinkie on the right looks a little too skinny. anyway the only thing I would’ve done differently is give the drawing a more 2D perspective versus the 2.5D as seen in it and this is why...
I see this as the two half’s of Pinkie Pie. Obvious yes but let me continue. The Pinkie on the right is the saddened Pinkie Pie. The one from Party of One who believes that everyone else has abandoned her and that she has no friends. A person who, though sees the best of the world and participates in bringing joy to those around her, doesn’t always feel the same and wishes for these feelings to be recompensated ten-fold. She feels she has no friends and is desperately looking for “anypony out there” to pull her out of her said plight of despair.
The Pinkie on the left is the one were all used to. The bouncing, colorful, ball of joy whose only mission in life is to spread positvity and joy wherever she goes. In the picture, she's seen painting a wall. A wall, that to me, she set up to try and put a barrier between what she wants to feel (happiness, joy, and friendship) and what she truly feels deep down at times (melancholy, sadness, and loneliness).

At first glance, this artwork looks really sad, but as you look a the details even closer, you will see only on one is its sad, and on the other, just deliriously happy (which is obvious because its Pinkie). I really like that about this artwork.
I also like the clouds in the background; Pinkamena's clouds are storm clouds and easily visible, but Pinkie's clouds, um, at first It just looks like they are just bright white,and I think you could have done more blue in them to make them more distinguishable.
I think you have definitely gotten both of the ponies personalities right in the poses and facial expressions and such, but I think Pinkie's waist is too small. On Pinkamena, it suits her, because she is supposed to look desperate, but Pinkie looks too skinny to be as happy as she is (but I dont kow if this is just how you do ponies).
Hope all that wasn't too harsh. I overall really like this artwork; it is well propositioned and makes sense. Well done!

It took me a second to see that poof Pinkie was coloring. I thought at first she was trying to make a connection with dark Pinkie through the wall. I would have swapped the direction of the wall, or possibly split the perspective so you can see the surface of both pinkies' walls.
Apart from the layout, the craft looks great. I enjoy the mix of textured pen and colored shadows. Color choices do a great job to contrast the bright and dark pinkies. I think there is too much emphasis on perfect vector edges on DA in general, it's nice to see a looser inking style that captures the spirit of traditional media (even if it's still made digitally).

I love, and to a certain extent relate, to all the symbolism present in The Wall. This does a wonderful job of portraying that in a ponified fashion that I feel is very true to the character's outside, and what so many of us (bronies) feel very well could reside inside her from the brief glimpse we got of her possibly manic depressive tendencies.
