The idea of painting a fox diving into water grew out of an interesting interpretation of my Fennekin artwork. I got told that it looks like he is dipping his paw into a pond and is creating some water reflections. I liked the idea and took it as inspiration for this artwork!

I've actually seen this piece replicated on animal jam before... did you do it yourself or did someone else copy your work? Sorry if you are already aware, but I'd like to know what you think of it. I'm not sure if doing this is directly against the animal jam rules, as it is not the image directly uploaded to the site... but I'd think that since it is very, very, heavily referenced some action could be taken if necessary.

I never have played animal jam (but it looks like a really sweet game 
Don´t get me wrong, I am not angry when people are using my art as reference and credit it. I feel flattered when people get inspired and want to paint my art. It´s just not the correct way to upload it in a game and on social media pages and pretend to be the owner of it without references.
I am very thankful for your helpful information! It´s hard to keep track on art theft and I will for sure take some actions against it.
