I Love This!

The distorted shape of the house really adds more to this picture then if you left it alone. The texture is wonderful as well, it gives a very grassy feel to it.

Thanks for your kind words. The house was actually the most difficult part to get right. You know when you have the idea in your head and Photoshop just doesn't want to do it for you

Thanks for the Fav also.

this is so awesome. I was wondering if you can tell me how you warped the house that way. I was going to do something similar with that photo but cant for the life of me figure it out on photoshop

I love the feel to this, its got so much emotion packed into it. makes me ache.......cuz Ive felt like this so often....

gorgeous work

Thanks for your kind words. I'm glad you like it and I appreciate your comments.

As for the Photoshoppery, I used Liquify (under Filters in PS 7.0 onwards) and used the punch tool on the middle of the house and the pinch tool on the very corners. I find if you use the brush at a size a lot larger than the object, with only a little pressure, you get a better, smoother effect. Then I used a little Colour Burn on the windows and Dodge on the woodwork.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, again, for your astonishingly useful stock.
