Want to ask something? Comment here or ask on Tumblr!This is such a fun question, I'm going to do more in reply to this question as this is actually something I've thought about quite a bit. Here is the first part, anyways.
And dont try and tell me Jay wouldn't do this, because he really would.
Also, in case this comes up: The order that I think they were recruited in (which seems to be supported in the canon) is Cole first, then Jay, then Zane, and then Kai last obviously. Zane is wearing his outfit as depicted here in the pilots.

I've always imagined that for at least a month after they first met, neither of them would understand a thing the other did, because they're just so different. I love it.

And both of them equally convinced the other one is completely bizarre . . . Man, it would be interesting to see the team before Kai joined. They must have been just as dysfunctional without him as they were with him. XD And they were just mysteriously absent all while Kai was training, so maybe Wu sent them off on some kind of epic team-building adventure . . . dang, that would make for a great story!

They really would have been! Zane and Jay are such complete opposites, Cole's leadership would have been hard-pressed to smooth the ground between them. Obviously they worked it out (at least, in part) before Kai showed up, but it can't have been easy.
Oh, that would really be interesting. And actually really fun to explore! I'll have to think about it. Maybe I could make it into a one-shot comic o3o

Yeah, not to mention Cole is being simultaneously bewildered by both of them. Not as much as they are by each other, but it's a double effect. XD
Or a story . . . I'd be tempted to write that. :3
