i got a program named gimp, that is much like photoshop just smaller and free...i gonna Gimp all my drawings from now on...

Nice GIMP job, but still left a lot of sketch lines. I'm sure your much better with GIMP now by seeing some of your more resent arts. I know I'm still learning, but I got a nice trick to fast digital color that works most of the time.

If the art is clean enough, the line-art is dark enough, if not needing to be inks perhaps or dark-lined even on MSPaint. Normally going to filters -> then to cartoon, push mask radius to the max, and maybe move percentage black to a little or even at Zero. Keep doing this for about 1,2, or even 3 times to really get the lines to as dark as you want them, or to the point of having them dark enough for the next step.
The next step is going to filters -> Photocopy. Move about all the settings to their max. This will totally clean up the art and leave most of the Dark/black line work. This will then leave the art pretty much open to using the color fill/bucket tool. If not a little fixes here and there, which shouldn't take very long at all really.
I only use this to clean up art, I finish most of my digital coloring over on MSPaint after I do those two steps on GIMP.Oh right, and having the work saved at .png helps a lot!
