I see, I only think Derpy is Dinky's mother because the both look almost alike with their colors

I think Carrot Top and Written Script are Dinky's parents because I saw all 3 cameo together in The Last Round Up. And also I saw Carrot Top and Written Script "Hug" each other in Just For Sidekicks and Games Ponies Play.
