(After Perdita yelled at John,she went to very back of the train consist and Pongo went to speak to her)

Pongo: Perdita...

Perdita: (grumpy) What do you want?

Pongo: What you did to our son was very bad. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Perdita: It may be bad,but he deserves it. I have enough of him talking and thinking about trains all the time. He just thinks he's so smart. I have enough of him.

Pongo: But,darling. He's still a pup. You know he dosen't like when someone shouts at him. There's nothing wrong him. He just likes trains and that's good for him. As long as he's happy,that's good. But you just ruined it and made him feel terrified. However....The reason why you yelled at him is a bit understandable. You just had too many thoughts in your head. You wanted to have some piece & quiet but John was just interupting you,but he was just being himself. And Perdita....I'm sorry for saying that I'll divorce you if you do anything to John. That was hurtful.

Perdita: (looks sadly at Pongo) It's okay...I deserved it anyways. John deserves better. He should have a better mother than me.

Pongo: No,don't say that. He dosen't hate you. He loves you so much. Don't worry. He'll cheer up when the train will be on its way. He says that trains always make him smile if he's feeling down.

Perdita: (quietly) I suppose.

Pongo: Trust me. He will. And I have no doubt that he'll forgive you.

Perdita: Yeah...I guess.

Pongo: Do you want to have a rest to refresh your mind?

Perdita: Yeah.

Pongo: Okay. I'll leave you to have your rest.

Perdita: Okay.

(Pongo went up and gave Perdita a kiss & went off to check on John.)

Perdita: (sighs) I've been such a terrible mother. (climbs onto the van,layed down but she couldn't refresh her mind. She couldn't help thinking about John and if he'll ever forgive her. Soon,Pongo walked up to front van of the train consist. He saw Oddball with John)

Pongo: You okay,John?

Oddball: He's asleep,dad.

Pongo: Oh,sorry. Is he alright?

Oddball: Don't know. He's probably feeling ashamed.

Pongo: Oh...

(Pongo saw the driver and fireman walking back to their steam engine.)

Pongo: John. Wake Up!

John: (yawns) What is it,dad?

Pongo: The train is gonna get going now. Isn't that exciting?

John: (unamused) Yeah,yeah. Great.

Oddball: John...I thought trains wlays make you happy.

John: Yeah but..I'm not in the mood for it.

Pongo: Come on,John. You like that engine and...you don't want to miss seeing it taking us back home.

John: I said no!

Pongo: Aw...(claimbs onboard and nuzzles him) Look,son.You Mom didn't mean to shout at you.

(The GWR Hall blew it's whistle and started to move,pulling it's 16 vans)

Pongo: Come on. Aren't you happpy? The train is moving.

John: Just Don't Talk To Me!

Pongo: Okay...But I'm staying here to keep you in company.

Oddball: The others are in the second van and...where's mom?

Pongo: On the back van.

Oddball: Okay.

(John looked away. Pongo and Oddball felt very bad for him. The train puffed out of the yard and onto the mainline.)
