There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. We can roll the image; make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. For the next hour, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with your television set. You are about to participate in a great adventure. I am old enough to remember that OLD Black and white T V Series "The Outer Limits". I was 12 when it was on. This is a truly beautiful fractal, Matthew. I love everything about it!

I'm watched the original series (reruns) when I was a kid too. And I watched the complete new series a few years ago.

I believe that it came out in the early 2000's and ran for seven seasons.
I generally don't watch Antique Roadshow, but I keep the tv tuned to PBS and if it is on when I turn it on, I will usually watch for a while

I love it. I have actually learned a lot of stuff over the years and when I hit 2nd hand stores, or garage sales, etc; I am always mindful that someone else's trash could be my treasure!
I will have to look for it. I have been at a dead run the last 2 days and just now been at home about the last hour.
