I'm a fractal artist + I love Doctor Who. 

When I was naming this piece, it reminded me of the classic DW "Terror of the Zygons" not really sure why.

Fractals (in art) are mathematical digital worlds where patterns are repeated over and over with slight differences. 

If you search dA for "fractal" or "fractalart" or if still using the classic dA (not Eclipse) Category/ Digital Art / Fractal Art  you will be able to see many types of abstract art all created with different fractal programs.
