Beautiful art! Oh and just a minor nitpick, nobody actually uses "qi" (the word you used for the air section) to represent the element of "air". It's usually "feng", which is interchangeable with wind. "Qi" tends to be reserved for the purely technical usage of the air pump you use to fill in a helium balloon, for instance.

Fire and Earth reminds me of two of the caracters from Harry Potter >.< Hermione Granger(Earth) and Ginny Weasley(Fire)

oh wow, that really turned out quite beautiful.
only thing I would change personally would be the order, it feels a bit unbalanced with air at the edge, she has less complexity and a lighter colour pallette and I think would work better as on of the middle ones. the details are so beautiful, and I love how even the hand poses help to re-emphasize the ideas.

they all look very nice, I think though you should work on the Eyes and eyebrows, becaue they all look very similar and there are only slight differences. Other then that detail I think they are all very pretty ^.^
