This is very beautiful! I love the way you drew him, his anatomy is on point. I like the chose of colors, the well executed background, his design and his expression. It looks like he is having a good time. You sure have a good coloring and shading technique. All in all, this is very impressive, good job!

Hey there just stumbled across your Artwork throught the ProjectComment Group and just have to leave a comment >u<
I really got caught on the well drawn Torso and a the colourfulness of the pictures. Even if the colours are not so bright they take my interest a lot !
The scenary is pretty unique cause the characters seems like a Merman in a way to me and has to stay in water. Also I have to say I love that see-throught vision of the glassy container he sits in.
You have a cool painting artstyle which I would love to see more off and I honestly enjoy looking at the picture.
Here a little point maybe what I noticed is that his expression seems quite neutral to me, if it was made this way on purpose then i understand but I think personally that the smile  could be a bit more visibles maybe but yeah just my opinion here, hope it is alright ;U;

This is super pretty! 
I love the hints of light reflecting from your character as well as the texture on on the water! 
I feel the moon in the back could use a bit more texture, but that's just my opinion! 
Anyways, great job on this piece!
