How did you do the sunlight rays going down on that cat. Whoa love the light effect.

Well, on the program I use, there's a tool called 'Airbrush' that I use a lot
when it comes to light. For sun rays I just use a tool called 'Blur' and blur
one side of the light to make it look like sun rays. (Its kinda hard to
explain but I did my best. x3)

Maybe I'm mistaking the question with some other person. Anyway
the program is called Paint Tool Sai. Its really handy, and its best
used with a drawing tablet. :3
