I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding Pertymon's front limbs. Are they drills or some sort of paws with flowing fabric?

His front limbs are based off the Japanese ghosts, the ones that don't have feet. So the fluff/flames around his legs are just curled around where the rest of his legs/feet should be. xD So he basically has invisible feet since he does leave hoof prints behind when he walks.
