I love the coloring on this one, but I hate the design = 3 =

And I totally wasn't copying Piko Utatane's boots! Psh! No way! And I messed up on those shoulders big time!
So I have no idea if this is a boy or a girl o n o" I think I'll let other people decide that xDDD
So as I mentioned in teh drawing, this character is kinda supposed to play off of the "twisted innocence" concept. Cute, but EVIIILLLEEE~
