Character designs I whipped up for the chapter one re-do! It takes place over two days instead of just one, so I needed different outfits for Louis and his mom.This is everyone who lives there at the time (might add one more but I think I'm good; kinda want more than one couple but eh idk) - not sure if they'll all be shown, but I thought I'd just get that dealt with instead of having to draw random characters in the background, for consistency's sake. Haven't bothered naming anyone really (Louis' mom's name is Beatrice, and I'm gonna name Priest-McGee at some point; just never did it the first time).

BONUS: Here's some other stuff I've been working on! Some packaging and a few panels I like from the re-do so far.
Already on page 32 of the new one - which was about page 13 comparatively in the old version. So uh yeah; I'm so damn excited to share it when I'm done since it's like.. actually a story instead of essentially an illustrated summary! I'm sure some of you think chapter one is fine as it is but you're gonna like the new version so much more, I guarantee.

I was actually wondering if anyone here knows why the images from the comments or from the descriptions won’t appear? All that I keep getting is an empty screen with the deviant art logo only showing. I wasn’t able to read the image from the description. I think it’s only happening to me but I was hoping someone knows the solution to it.

Probably not - if you're ever curious about one of the not super minor characters (Louis' mom, Tianna's parents, or MrPreistGuy) you could ask them something on the ask though!

They're briefly in the prologue and I think they're in one panel of chapter one - they're pretty minor but I know a fair bit about them because if their relation to Tianna.

It is indeed a very small population. It's always been small, but a lot of people died during that attack and there hasn't been much in terms of new people so yeah.. extra tiny.

There's not a whole lot of places to go because of how cut off they are - they're also a pretty tight community and most of them were born there. Some people did leave though - I'd be out of there too, lol.

Most of them are in their 30s-40s, with the youngest being in their mid/late 20s. Some young people are pretty stubborn too though.

They still hung out a fair bit. He was 7 when she was born, so they grew up together. They were both born there.
