Description
I recently started playing little cup on pokemon showdown because I'm sort of tired of OU's shit, lmao. It's a fun tier, but I couldn't hate diglett and onix more tbhUsing a phantump feels really weird, but I wanted a harvest pokemon and it is the best one (in my opinion). Alsooo a vullaby because I love them! I've used 3 different mandibuzz sets and two different vullaby sets in my time playing competitive. Such an awesome, versatile pokemon <3
I made a few teams, but this is my current one! It's not fantastic, but I'm super enamoured with all the sets on it. I'd like to breed them on cart some time, but LC battles are hard to find without the occasional person who brings their whole team of level 100s because they didn't get the memo.
The sets, for anybody who's curious;

Nice team
Although you have quite a few (Tyrunt, Vullaby, Phantump) that are weak to Ice
I guess Clamperl can take a few hits for them...?

Thanks!
As long as they're special hits the phantump can hold it's own, and the vullaby is so bulky that it can take one and roost it off (and because roost drops your flying type, the second hit won't be super effective to boot). Because of the whole sturdy berry juice thing, the tyrunt can take at least 2 super powerful, super effective hits as well, unless rocks or spikes are on the field.
Clamperl can take a hit if needed, but I like bringing it in on full health to get a shell smash off. I don't run into too many ice moves though. Most are just run for coverage on water types.

Ah, good points! There aren't a lot of ice-types running around LC
(outside of hail teams lol)

I haven't run into one of those yet... I think the tyrunt still beats those for the most part as long as nothing has slush rush, but the other two are a bit more iffy on that.

Hail isn't the most popular weather team, but you do have 2 Iron Heads as a precaution
Btw, no fire type move to threaten Sandshrew-A and Snover (well you do have signal beam)?

I've had some trouble with sandshrew before, but the tyrunt was able to make quick work of it with earthquake. If it's an eviolite set I can probably get ride of it with the vullaby.
I'm sort of tempted to run hidden power fire on the voltorb, but hidden power ice has saved me many times with diglett swap ins. I may try and work a fire move in somewhere in the future.

Ah, definitely keep HP Ice on Voltorb! Idk what you should swap for a fire type move though...
Looks good!
