Okay, I know this has already been posted in deviantART at least once. I've sent a note to the one poster I know of, letting him know I was going to do this. I have no problem with anyone else posting the piece. But I'M the one who commissioned it! It was in the AR Story Archive for a long time (maybe it still is, not in the mood to search right now). It is the work of Colin Chan/Walbridge and the late Barry Blair. As much as I like it, today, if I commissioned it, it might be this character's mother undergoing the regression. I claim no ownership of these characters or any characters who might look like her. Note that this one is a little bustier, so it CLEARLY can't be another character!
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

No. God has given me the money to pay for commissions. Like the other art in my gallery, this is something I came up with and then paid money to have someone else draw it for me. In this case, as I say in the introduction, it was Colin Chan/Walbridge and the late Barry Blair who drew this. I just had the idea for it.

Am currently waiting for a four-page comics story in which the mother IS regressed, as is this character's main female arch-enemy. Hope to have it soon.
