We’ve all seen what mega-fans have done, and what lengths do they go to for their idols or crushes. For them, even your hair is valuable memento. And the animatronics definitely do not want any customers pulling their fur off, or cause any sort of harm to them. The fans just have to settle with watching the animatronics perform, or get an autograph or a photo with them, as hugging is not allowed.
