I certainly know a lot of stuff about character designs and changes, sometimes they do not work and sometimes you create something you absolutely adore. Like I have changed hairstyles of animatronics and have loved the redesigns. And Soren’s hair was a big change and now it’s so iconic for me. And…well Shiru wasn’t an arctic fox at first, just a regular fox, and I made the species swap because it felt the right thing to do, even if it didn’t change her design. …And let’s not start with Shiru’s Beta Design, I changed it for good reasons. xD
