Description Last week the author John Keel passed away.
'Never met him and haven't read any of his literature.
However his book "The Mothman Prophecies" inspired one of my favorite movies with the same name.
So heres a quick, little homage to a tireless mystery hunter who now knows all the answers.

Awesome! This stylized look is so cool! I also really love the eyes. They have a distinct shine to them.

Thanks. Mothman is a kick to draw. It can be any black blob, as long as it has big red eyes it's Mothman!

Respect, he had an amazing mind. Great piece to send you regards with too.

Always great to hear other folks enjoy the movie, so many people either didn't understand it or just disliked it. I have no idea why, it was an intriguing and fascinating flick!

I only know him because Frank Frazetta did book covers for him. . . I really should read some of them sometime.

Wow, I really like the contrast between the sold colourful eyes and the texturey...body? Maybe it's a bit too ethereal to be call that. It's really impressive!

His visage was so fearsome in might and black in colour that he could stand as one with the darkness, save for his burning eyes of crimson fire.
