I don't have a subscription, so I can't give a critique in the fancy little box, but here's what I think:
First of all: The fact that you did this with markers is entirely amazing to me. SO kudos for that.
Personally, I don't think that the characters in the foreground match the style of the picture. If you look at the color schemes and shading techniques, they're not quite consistent.
The water is done beautifully, though the shadowing of the bridge (?) is done a little quizzically in my mind. It gives the water a blocky feel, which it shouldn't do, seeing as water is very fluid - almost like substantial smoke.
Also, Cat in the window. ??? It's kind of out of place, but I suppose, since it's a commission, I don't know all of the requested bits.
Anyway, It is a lovely picture, those were just some things I was wondering about.
