Description
Another master copy. I'm not sure who the artist is nor the title of the piece and I would really appreciate if someone knew so that I could give proper credit! I know it was a more classical artist. I thought this painting was so beautiful, especially since I'm a big fan of autumn. Also, what's happening in the painting really resonates with me. I hope you guys enjoy!Related content

This is very well done. I like the variation in the tree shapes as well as the reflection on the pond. Try using a harder brush for the main focal point. It'll bring more focus to the picture. Good work.

Thank you so much for the tip! I agree with using varying softness, I started to look more into atmospheric perspective thanks to everyone's advice.

Ok, first, let me point out some little things that is what I feel I must mention, it is necessary to know where to use which brush stroke. The lady (which already beautifully clear to understand but yet) and the Autumn leaves would have looked even more gorgeous if you had kept the brushes a bit more sharp. But it still looks great because you could handle it with the perfect timing which is very appreciable. Now, about the trees and the environment and coloring,
what an amazing contrast of colors. Autumn indeed is an amazing season! Very skillfully managed. Great job!

Thank you for the critique! It is always nice to get a proper critique instead of someone sugar coating everything. I have the same qualms about the piece. If there was anything to change, I would've made the leaves sharper too. It was something that bothered me because in the original picture, the leaves were much sharper. Ever since then though I've been experimenting with different brushes with different hardnesses. There was one user who recommend the tip to work progressively sharper into the foreground. Even though this piece has its weaknesses, I'm really thankful for all those who give me advice to strengthen it

The best thing about it is you could point out what could be better that's the point where you learn with every single artwork you make

Okay what really bothers me here is the size of your brush strokes. They're basically the same both up close and in the distance. Maybe trying to use a bigger brush for object farther away will make it seem more blurry and distant. It do like that you blended the distant objects more thoroughly, also nice color scheme.

I like your style of painting, it really adds a bit of interest and detail to the piece itself.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece, my friend I'd be interested to see the original you worked from, as a comparison... To be able to replicate this style of painting digitally, and in this quality... not an easy feat for sure. There's something so serene and tranquil about this one
Beautiful work!
