Just thinkin' I'd like to see a virus that gave all women, particularly the old-fashioned kind, this message. I'll submit a different kinda stamp with this text later.Srsly, APPARENTLY, this can't be said enough. Don't try to change somebody, don't think they're gonna change, don't anticipate them to "grow out of" ANYTHING.

I agree, and don't agree. I can see where you should by no means marry some abusive or immature thinking they will change. However change is to be expected because everyone changes with different ages, different life experiences, and wisdom. You should always marry knowing that they will change, and that change may be hard on you to keep your marriage. Though that is what marriage is about.

My mom married somebody young and totally expected him to mature but he never freakin did. People, from what I've seen, change way less than people like to think. Just saying.

Sadly, yes. These are the kinda people who are so sure they know what they're doing and are so "independant" that they're unlikely to go where they'd encounter such information let alone read it and apply it to themselves.
