I watched Alvin and the Chipmunks today (been putting it off cos was worried they'll ruin one of my childhood memories but I thought it was pretty good) but this is the way I'll always think of the chipmunks. Alvin was my favourite

I haven't seen the movie. Not out of fear of ruining my childhood, but rather fear of ruining my ears.
But this is just how I'll always picture the chipmunks, too. They're best when they only vaguely resemble the animal. Look at him, he's adorable here!

Yeah I mean it was believable that they could be adopted by dave and live with him and stuff cos they weren't tiny and he couldn't sit down and squish them or something. Not a bad film though but not how I want to remember them.
