Made with iOS IbisPaint, speed draw here youtu.be/WKT0INBaruYArmed with a two-handed chisel (?). Bit of a mystery troop type, not really well attested but featured at least on the Siege of Lachish relief. Hard to imagine them performing prolonged combat missions with all that armour. I picture them running up to enemy walls, hacking away at them for 10 minutes or so, and retreating for a break, then at it again.

Makes sense if you think about it. Trying to undermine enemy fortifications is pretty risky so I can see some units of combat engineers wearing armor like this
