Well here he is. At last you can see his face.I still haven't decided what I should do for the background, so any suggestions are welcome.
ps. This is still not finished so expect more to come soon.
pss. I bought a new tablet! and i love it to bits, no more nasty packard bell tablet XP

Oh wow. Very pretty character. I love the contrast of his hair and skin. And the costume design is nice; I especially like those gloves.
As to a background, I don't really have a distinct idea (Partly because I don't know anything about this character...
