Shading on the neck is a bit strong, damaging the definition of the chin, the face is kind of hard to "read" at 100%, and the hat and hair look kind of questionable, but other than that it's a very well done sprite.

thanks for the comment. Yes, I notice the shading problem on the neck now. Drawing the face is a kind of hard work, especially to show the expression exactly. I will practise more to improve.
As to the hair, en..., it is really mess. I spend lot of time on it, but little achievement
