Vic is from a place where a strange occurrence wiped out 2/3 of all life and mutated a further 1/2 of what remained. everyone is nocturnal human or not, and the world has become a lawless and evil zone.he spends his time in what remains of the hollywood hills looking for blood and meat, two of his favorite things.
