Description

basically just an evil, evil entity. he doesnt really have a name. he looks into windows, stands in front of doors knocking just to mock and terrorize people but has never entered a home for real. however he DOES enter properties like garages and sheds and he steals and destroys stuff ALL the time.
he thinks human distress and fear is very fun and funny and loves to cause and be around it. he is drawn to places where something really bad has happened and has tampered in crime scenes and left evidence that led the investigation away from the real culprits.
his “Diana” tattoo is believed to be in reference to the victim of a particularly gruesome unsolved murder.
people have been in physical fights with him, he never makes the first move though. those who have had physical contact describe his skin as very oily.
