Celestia fits the role well, though the Queen of the Changlings (I keep forgeting her name) would be too predictable as the queen of the locusts I guess.

Indeed~ Pinning her exact height was very tricky. I feel its more obvious when you have the other characters in the wallpaper to compare to.
