Back in the days of the NES
Many games were released, some perhaps the best
Others weren't so, in fact, some were rather quite lame
One would rather watch grass grow then play these games.

Soon the NES's hayday came and went
But one gamer in particular, swore never to forget.
The anger, the frustration, the seemingly masochistic
Enter the AVGN, the angriest of internet critics.

From terrible design, to terrible game play
The internet bore witness, while the Nerd swore away.
"What a shit load of fuck!" was just one of his statements so vulgar
But to be fair, perhaps there was truth, in what he declared.

Many have come, to mimic his form
So much so, it's almost become a norm
But while many his style may copy
Never was there a Nerd as angry as he.
