This was the finished lined version of a PepperAnn sketch a did a couple weeks ago in a jam with .. ( PepperAnn being a popular cartoon show in the 90's )just felt like adding it..if anyone feels inclined to Color feel free.

Hahaha I hated EVERYTHING about the 90's except for the cartoons. I'd look at our current fashions and be like, "Oh goodness, they can't possibly really think they look good in that!!" and our latest "technology" and think, "Uh, that's kinda big and slow for something that's supposed to be high-tech..."

Yeah. I found it hilarious. First for the all the jokes in the show. Second for how they had to tiptoe around the censors. (Despite the whole episode being about bras, they could never show a character wearing one. Even the one scene where she was wearing it over her shirt, they only pictured it from the neck up.
