Full name: Eclipse Marron
The main protagonist of the Eclipse Arc and leader of the Generation 2 Ev Trainers.
Story:
Coming back from a war with his two war buddies Lightning Surge and Lion Fuego Eclipse discovers a breakout of a terrible disease at Relic Forest. The forest notorious for the supposedly heard whispers of the planet has been target to many evil people like Team Cobra when his seniors Sun and Moon were around to stop them. Only powers of another forest can help Relic Forest so they think of the Viridian Forest knowing that the only way to get those powers to Relic Forest is through the people the Viridian Forest granted powers to. This is why Eclipse seeks out Yellow de Bosque Verde to help with the Relic Forest dilemma. However a new evil has risen but in a form of another. Phantom Team Cobra's new leader has been dilly-dallying causing minor mayhem compared to the previous leader Cobra but when Eclipse starts to open up his heart to Yellow, the Johto trio, and his other comrades Phantom completely wakes up enraged that Eclipse is breaking the contract in exchange for sparing his life. All of a sudden Phantom's actions become increasingly violent and when he meets Eclipse in a fated meeting he warns him that a life with love is something he can't have but if he chooses to pursue it the phantom will come after him. He thinks other humans are corrupting his mind with flawed emotions. Before Eclipse opened up to people he was a hollow cold person in which Phantom revered but when Yellow came along it all changed. Phantom vows to return Eclipse to how he used to be, calls him a traitor, and vows to kill the Viridian witch who cast an evil spell on him. When Eclipse hears this he questions his connections to Phantom, the circumstances of his mother's death which was a lost memory to him, and his true origin. He'll pursue it but what happens when Phantom pushes him to the limit and not only makes him lose his loved ones but also himself. He seeks secrets of his origin and the lurking beast while trying to save Sun and Moon from the abyss of the Otherworld trying to keep the pieces of himself together.
