The match went quite excuting.
Noelle, who could rarely talk to me was dodging, thrashing her fists toward her opponent, blocking, and showing her beast-like side within her gloves.

*ding*

Me: you're doing quite fine. Damage?
Noelle: nothing serious.

She had a swollen cheek, but that was that.

Me: good. Now, focus on her stepping. Have you noticed?
Noelle: what, exactly?
Me: she usually steps toward you to avoid your attacks. Try to use that to your advantage. Plus, thanks to your thick skin(in literal way) you don't have to dodge all attacks. Try to block only critical looking ones.
Noelle: got it!

And with another *ding*
She went back.

6 rounds later.

Noelle: quite strong..(huff) for a middle-class...(puff)
Opponent: you..(huff).sure you're a newbie..?

Both girls took their move. Both shaking with pain, they knew dragging the match won't be their style nor answer. And then,

Both girl's glove smashed each other's face, as hard as they can. Then, they just stood there, silence through the crowd.
And....

*Thump*

Noelle's body went limp, then fell to the ring floor. Pillowing ring's rope.

Me: get up, girl!

Noelle: ummmph....

She wiggled and struggled to get up.

Me: you CAN continue, pal!

Noelle: guh.....

Referee took opponent girl's had and took it high in the air, while Noelle waa grunting and huffing in pain.

....right before she fell down and went unconscious.

Me: you ARE my trainee, Noelle..as i said it, even if you lose, don't let your opponent leave hospital bed in less than a week.

Me: you did well, Noelle. Plus, you can still talk, while she's in her dreamland. Well done.

I pulled out a fizzy drink. Ice cold, lemon flavour.

Me: want one?

After the match, was quite eventful i must say, after her recovery, which was less than an hour. Yes, there were a ton of bandages. But she could walk, talk, and do whatever she pleases. Some people wanted to take pictures and signed copies.

Me: i guess you're already famous!
Noelle:a...am i...?

Me: time flies, don't they?
Noelle: yes...yes it does....
Me: in nutshell, it was an honor to meet, coach you through these days, ms. Kruz.

Noelle was tring to smile, yet tears were falling from her eyes.

Noelle: manager...i...(sniff) it... Thank you for everything you've done!
Me: oh.
Noelle: i.. i'm.. WAAAAHH!

With a tears that'll make waterfalls jelly, she charged at me, giving me a hug that nearly crushed Delta.

Me: ooof! Noelle..?
Noelle: i, i'll(sniff) become strong and... make you proud!
Me: that's all on yourself, Noelle, all i did is only some basics.

I parted ways with Noelle, who was on verhe of tears on the train, waving too hard that nearly smacked some passanger near by.

After the train left, Delta poked my cheek.

Delta:...you sure you're not in a harem?
Me:...what makes you to say that?
Delta: just saying.
