I was asked to do this piece by ~Iphyr for the #TheTribalPokedex as part of their artifacts. I had a lot of fin with this one. I plan to do the Giant Gengar that goes with this device at a later date. I was strongly inspired by the Moari people in this design.~Iphyr is given permission to use this design
