Recently, I was looking through my gallery and then I saw this file - and I kinda just had to re-do it >.> Here's hoping this version is better...It's rather wordy - expect a long read. But hopefully, this one's easier on the eyes. XD
Anyways, if you can actually understand anything I say, I'd like to see anything made with this. =] Just note/comment me.
If you don't understand this, just note/comment me - I'm happy to answer any questions. XD
Oh, and for those who are really lazy, I have a template you can download in my gallery somewhere. It was made using PS 7 though... [link]

This si good, but you should probably mention how to actually make the animations themselves (moving/hiding layers frame by frame) or perhaps even mention tween, which can save a lot of frames.
Plus, CS2 and down come with ImageReady,s you open in there using Ctrl+Shft+M and choose "Save Optimised As...". In CS3, all the animation is done in Photoshop itself and you save for web.
But this is definately good so far, especially with the detailed screenshots showing not only how the image currently looks, but the tools aswell. Good job!

Oh, also another thing - yes, I use nudge aswell, but you still have to have the move tool SELECTED remeber, even if you're not using the mouse...
