Wow,

So I'd never thought I'd get around to redrawing my old OCs-- but here I am. This was a really heart-felt drawing season for me because she was my very first Death Note OC that I posted on an old account-- in fact the very first OC I posted for the whole world to see. Her original name is Dairi Mitsushiba, but I think I might give her a different name and change her design up a bit.

While typing this and drawing, I'm actually sobbing like a baby because I didn't think I really progressed since 2013. Now I'm actually sitting here, staring at this comparison, and it brought me to tears because she looks so beautiful and I don't know why I threw her away other than being embarrassed about how poorly written she was. She was my first OC. I was only 13 when I created her, so of course she was going to be bad-- but I remember being so proud of her at the time. She was the light in my life (no pun intended), and I was happy roleplaying with her. Man I'm so mushy right now.

I've come along so well over the years. Thank you guys for continuing to see me progress through my journey as an artist. I really, really appreciate it and will continue to improve and become better as an artist and as a person for you all.

Let me know what you think! What should I rename her?
