I've played the Portal games, but could someone explain to me why this is funny? I think the piece itself is really cool and very well drawn, but the joke is just whooshing over my head.

They are the ones being rude. I don't know if you saw it before it was flagged but they lie to you and link you to a website that gets a virus on your computer that can cause your computer to break.
