Grayscale is a powerful medium, one you may want to use more often. Without color to distract the observer, grayscale images often can have a much greater emotions impact, or show mood, character, or tell a story better tan in color.
However, in this shot you have blowout, which is the kiss of death to a photo, as far as commercial value goes. This was probably from flash. Flash is best avoided altogether, but if you have to use it, try backing as far away as practical, then zoom in for the shot. This will better dissipate the flash.

whoa, beautiful. it's amazing how your face glows. the contrast between your smooth skin and the texture of your shirt is very nice. the shadows are beautiful and create the perfect frame.

But yeah, when I take close-ups of people you can see very clearly the flaws in the skin, but this isn't the case with you.
I was wondering if this is becuase you have naturally smooth skin, the pic was photoshopped or you have some sort of amazing camera
