He knew his brother was a good gro sure he was very rough around the edges at times even pulling a couple good humor pranks at times! Perhaps he was looking at this with rose tinted glasses? After all he would be biased for his own brother for this kind of stuff. If it was any other gro he would walk right up to them and slap some sense into them! But Strix was one of the oldest freindships he had the 2nd oldest being Kerasi him self. So what was he exposed to do when the two gros he had grown to know and care about didnt share the same feelings for each other?
