Description
Etomidate is used for short-term anaesthesia before various medical procedures that would otherwise be too painful and upsetting, and a dictionary says an English idiom for being upset is "to have a cow", and manatees are called "sea cows", so... here's is a sea cow that will keep you from having a cow...?

(I've had the Wikipedia page for etomidate bookmarked in my browser, opening it every other day and getting frustrated I couldn't think of a combination. After half a year, I gave up and deleted the bookmark because it was driving me crazy - and, right on the next day, thought of this, and had to look that page up again. Ugh. (Also my computer mouse doesn't work (this was colored using touchpad), also my internet connection keeps glitching, also I've been feeling like complete crap lately... I might soon have a cow myself.))
